New Image!

So, you have probably seen my business card that I use often. I do like it's simplicity, but I don't like that it doesn't show any product.

Well, what do you think of my new card? The model, Mahogany, is carrying one of my crocheted bags. She so talented!

I will probably still use my old card, along with the new one.

Candler Park Fall Fest

So a few weeks ago, I did a festival at Candler Park. It was a LOT of work, but so much fun! I am looking forward to doing it again next year.

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

There are only a few days left in October...

Show your support by rocking Breast Cancer Awareness gear. $4 will be donated to Surviving , Inc or Lived2Tell for every breast cancer awareness themed item in my shop. These are non-profit Breast Cancer organizations doing great deeds in the Atlanta-Metropolitan area.

So far we have raised almost $100!!!
Here are a few of the Breast Cancer Awareness items in my shop:

Surviving, Incorporated (www.survivinginc.org) assists local doctors in providing comfort to their patients through one-on-one home visitation, Utility Assistance, payable to utility companies, Grocery/travel and Rent assistance payable to Apartment complexes, and respite care to soften the hurt and pain of being diagnosed with breast cancer.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
LIVED2TELL (www.lived2tell.org)is a non-profit organization whose objective is to help alleviate people's fear of cancer and to encourage and educate women to get mammograms. The founder of LIVED2TELL was 24 years old when she was diagnosed with breast cancer. Therefore, she wants to educate adolescent and adult women about the importance of doing breast self examinations and instill in them the necessity of monitoring any changes that occur in their bodies.
Billie Holiday Doll
I was commissioned to make a Billie Holiday Doll...
After 30+ hours of work, Billie Holiday finally made it home...
Here she is pretty naked except for her cute little undies. They are hand stitched with lace trim. They are removable with little snaps on the sides... and, of course, boobies. I figured out how to make them smaller. :)
She features pearl studs, a pearl necklace, and a pearl bracelet. The pearls are freshwater.
With a little petticoat underneath.
This doll was made for the lovely Andy, from her awesome brother, Simon - who totally surprised her and purchased the doll as a birthday present!
Happy Birthday Andy!
The Park!
We went to the park today. Since Zekey is WAY too big for his swing at home, I figured he could get his swing on at the park. NOPE.
So, we just had a photo shoot instead.
Just Zekey
We think this boy is soooo cute!
